I am so excited that I have combined two of my favorite things ever in one session! We will tailor your session to either half/half yoga massage, or if you need more stretching with just a little thai massage, or full massage with assisted stretching! I have been apprenticing with a couple of my massage therapists and I am excited that I created my own style of mixing a few different techniques together into my flow for you! It’s all about trust and flow 💞

Philosophy

Most people don’t know this, but yoga was actually developed to condition warriors for battle. As an athlete, the most important thing is injury prevention. To prevent injury, athletes need to increase the strength and flexibility of their muscles. And that is the type of yoga I teach. I believe to become a warrior, you must strengthen the mind, body, and soul. My yoga philosophy is based around not only injury prevention, but also finding where we store tension in our bodies and learning how to release it to create openness for transformation on and off the mat.
